Mickey Rourke has pleaded guilty to one count of reckless driving from the November 2007 incident on his scooter in Miami. He was originally charged with DUI but that charged was dropped with the entry of his guilty plea. “I did a left U-turn at a red light, but I wasn’t drunk,” the 55-year-old told the Palm Beach Post.

As part of the guilty plea he was sentenced to complete a six month probation and fifty hour’s of community service, and pay $1,200 in fines.

“The only thing he has to do is take an online driving course,” according to the attorney, Michael Grieco.
